Customer Satisfaction
The results are in for our April 2006 Customer Service Survey, and they show that our focus upon customer service has not gone unnoticed! Our respondants gave us marks of 100% for customer satisfaction, and once again 100% of our respondants said "yes" when asked if they would recommend the Chamber of Commerce Benefits Plan to other businesses.
