In 1973, Art Mosey moved to Cambridge from Toronto and joined Marshall Insurance Brokers Limited to develop their Employee Benefit and Life Insurance business. His first task was to bring his expertise to bear in the redesign and marketing of a low-cost benefit plan for members of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce. In the first year, the plan became very popular with local businesses and has grown rapidly ever since.

Over the years, BGM’s group and life insurance business continued to expand and, in 1988, after 15 years as a division of Bradley Gaskin Marshall Insurance Brokers Limited, Bradley Gaskin Marshall Financial Services (BGM Financial), was incorporated. Owned and operated by Art and Deb Mosey, BGM Financial focuses on independent Employee Benefit Consulting and Life Insurance Services for businesses and individuals in the Cambridge area.
